These terms apply when you use Ahiuwa on the web or in our apps. By creating an account or posting a listing, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your login details private and the information on your profile accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Posting listings

  • Only post items and services you are entitled to sell, in the right category, with honest photos and descriptions.
  • Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous or otherwise prohibited items are not allowed.
  • We review listings and may decline, edit the category of, or remove any listing that breaks these rules.

Dealing with other users

Deals arranged through listings are between buyer and seller. Follow our safety tips, and report anything suspicious. Purchases made with buyer protection in the app are also covered by the terms shown at checkout.

Content you share

You keep ownership of your content and allow Ahiuwa to display it on the platform and to promote your listings.

Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, harm other users or put the platform at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will let you know before they take effect.
